In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, What We Carry brings together 34 powerful works by 19 artists exploring the emotional weight we hold—and the courage it takes to release it.

This group exhibition traces the contours of grief, identity, addiction, trauma, healing, and transformation. Through painting, sculpture, digital media, assemblage, and poetry, each artist invites us to witness what often goes unseen: the silent burdens, the invisible battles, the resilience beneath the surface.

From salvaged objects and found materials to bold abstractions and deeply personal narratives, What We Carry is as much about survival as it is about expression. The show creates a space for reflection, empathy, and connection—a reminder that we are not alone in what we carry.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and this exhibition serves as both acknowledgment and invitation: to feel, to speak, to listen, and to heal—together.
