Jen has delved into both the medical and holistic healing arts for more than a decade. As a former registered nurse, her sound and yoga offerings are uniquely catered to the energy of the moment, room, and recipient(s) as learned through ample bedside experience; refined deep listening; and, keen awareness. Her soul purpose is to facilitate space for rebalancing the collective nervous system by quieting noise and the monkey mind through soothing sound, silence, and stillness. Jen knows it is imperative for the recipient to feel safe, warm, and comfortable so that they are able to release and surrender into their journey of restoration. It is her honor to hold this space for opening and depth. It is also her honor to share these potent, ancient modalities with the global community.

Submerged - Opening Reception
Enter a world where the boundaries between art and environment dissolve. Submerged is a multi-sensory solo exhibition by Kat Collins that explores the emotional, ecological, and symbolic depths of water. Known for her ethereal use of color and intuitive mark-making, Collins invites viewers to wade into a fully immersive experience—where soundscapes echo the rhythmic pull of tides, ambient scents recall salt air and mossy riverbanks, and light refracts across layered surfaces like sunlight on open water.
Through painting, installation, and sensory design, Submerged offers a meditative space for reflection—on memory, fluidity, and the bodies of water that shape our lives. At once intimate and expansive, the exhibition transforms the gallery into a sanctuary of stillness and movement, grounding visitors in the present while inviting a deeper drift inward.

Artist Panel
Join us for an artist panel with the creators of "The Visual Communicators". Hear them talk about their great works and their thoughts on the importance of our recognition of Juneteenth.
July 1st, 7-10pm
1 Security Plaza Suite 202

The Visual Communicators
The Visual Communicators will speak...It is believed that the thoughts that come from the deepest parts of us, can speak to the masses of many. We cannot resist the peace that can come from what we've been through and what others have endured. Our purpose is to hold the torch of accountability and raise our thoughts to meet the truth, where it lies. Time has taught us that the nineteenth of June is real. Everything that comes with this day is real, even when the history of us, has determined the gray areas to be blurred or profound for the masses. It is our duty to be the voices for the past, present and future. Our stories are robust with thought, promise and resolution.
The artist shall speak.
The art shall be heard.
We are one.

Story Slam: Built From The Rubble
STORY SLAM: BUILT FROM THE RUBBLE – A F**k the Patriarchy Event
The system tried to break us. The world told us to shrink. But here we are—louder, stronger, and completely unstoppable.
Join us for "Built From the Rubble," a F**k the Patriarchy story slam where resilience takes center stage. This is a night of raw, unfiltered storytelling—true tales of tearing down the barriers, rising from the wreckage, and building something stronger in their place. Whether it’s breaking free from expectations, reclaiming your voice, or forging a new path from the ashes, these stories will remind us all: we are not defined by what tried to destroy us, but by how we rebuilt.
Want to share your own tale of resistance and rebirth? Sign up for a storytelling slot, or just come ready to listen, cheer, and revel in the power of survival. We are the architects of something better.

Artists Unfiltered: A Panel Discussion with the Artists of F**K The Patriarchy
Join us at Anno Artem for a compelling panel discussion featuring the visionary artists of the F**K The Patriarchy exhibition. This event provides a unique opportunity to dive deep into the powerful themes of the exhibition, including the loss of feminine power, reclaiming identity, and resistance in a male-dominated world.
Hear firsthand from the artists Lee Pohlsander, Lauren Ariel, and Anthony Nowack as they discuss their creative processes, the inspiration behind their works, and their personal journeys within the artistic landscape. This intimate gathering is a chance to interact with the artists, ask questions, and gain deeper insights into the art that challenges and redefines societal norms.
