Lauren Flood is a Pottstown-based artist originally from Abington, Pennsylvania. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Specialized Technology for Graphic Design and Printmaking from Hussian School of Art. From an early age, Lauren has drawn inspiration from the energy and complexity of urban life. She finds beauty in the rhythm of the city’s hustle and bustle and is particularly captivated by the character and architecture of abandoned structures. Her work explores the full spectrum of the urban landscape—from raw, gritty textures to sleek modern design; from vibrant graffiti to striking monochrome reflections of towering buildings. Through it all, Lauren continually finds creative inspiration in the world around her.
