A Light in Darkness
A light in Darkness is a bright abstract painting set against a black background. A light in the darkness: is a piece that started off as a performance and then I completed in my studio. The light represents the hope of a person’s soul that shines out the truth that life will prevail and survive whatever darkness surrounds it. The light represents the hope that grows and is carried within each of us, reminding us that we will prevail. I was painting while a local artist DJay Martin performed his song “I still Hope”
