A film photography workshop for 1-2 people that allows you to learn the rituals and process of how film photography differs from digital.We’ll cover everything from choosing what film to use, loading and preparing the camera, a photo walk on the streets of Pottstown, and then back to the gallery where we’ll learn to develop our own negatives and talk about methods for scanning. Attendees will take home their developed negatives at the end of the workshop.
No equipment necessary, everything will be provided. 36 exposure lack and white film, 35mm camera loaner, processing chemicals and tanks will be made available to use by attendees.
Cameras available to loan are first come, first served:
- Nikon N70
- Nikon N50
- (2) Nikon Nikkormat FT
- Varied selection of auto focus and manual focus lenses.
Time is dependent on how long attendees take on photo walk but allow at least three hours.
